This project had a self contained flat on the LG floor. We reinstated the flat into the main house, extending at the back and creating a terrace with steps up to the main garden. We created a new layout with secondary hall, cloakroom, kitchen, living dining and laundry spaces, and replaced a lot of the original features that had been removed by previous owners.
